构建和完善民办高校毕业生就业工作新机制

本研究对西安欧亚学院等部分民办高校毕业生的就业状况进行定量分析，并结合对用人单位的问卷调查及访谈和文献资料，掌握了民办高校毕业生的就业现状，分析了影响当前民办高校毕业生就业的因素，提出了解决民办高校毕业生就业问题的对策与方法。

To know the current situation of private university graduates＇employment, this study attempts to analyze graduate students＇employment situation from some of private universities in Xi＇an rationally, integrated with questionnaire surveys, documentary information and interviews from employers, It also analyzes the factors that affect the current employment of private university gradnates. It then proposes countermeasures for private nniversity graduates＇ employment.
