嵌入式CF卡存储系统设计

摘要 基于ARM的嵌入式系统开发是现代数字系统设计的一大热门课题,而存储是其开发的一个重要组成部分,CF卡的众多特点使其成为嵌入式系统中的重要存储手段。本文详细论述了ARM系统中实现CF卡文件系统的相关问题,包括算法、设计与实现。设计采用分层结构,在CF卡上建立了与微机兼吝的FAT文件系统来对文件和目录进行管理,实现了均衡擦写算法和坏块检测管理算法,这两种算法能够延长CF卡使用寿命,并保证了数据存取的可靠性。系统最终在基于S3C2410的ARM开发平台上调试成功。 In design of the modern digital electronic system, embedded system development based on ARM is a hot topic, among which storage is an important part. Because of many qualites of CF card, it is becomes an important storage means. In this paper, problems about realizing CF card file system in ARM system were discussed, including algorithm, design and achievement. It also concluded that hierarchical structure can be applied to the CF card to construct FAT file system compatible with computer in order to manage the file and directory. Besides, balance toerase algorithm and bad block management algorithm were also realized. These algorithms could extend service life of CF card, and ensure the reliability of data access. As a result, this system was debugged successfully on development Platform based on S3C2410.
