摘要 本文为纪念世界卫生组织2000年世界卫生报告发布十周年而作。主要讨论了该报告的学术贡献和政策价值,并分析了报告与中国医药卫生体制改革的关联。 This paper is for the 10th anniversary of the publication of World Health Report 2000. Academic values and policy implications of the report were discussed as well as its relationship with the China health system reform.
