独立学院入党积极分子的现状调查及教育对策——以江汉大学文理学院为例

Research and Suggestions on Activists of Joining PRC at Independent Colleges --Take College Arts ＆ Sciences of Jianghan University as an Example

通过对独立学院大学生入党积极分子开展问卷调查，了解到独立学院大学生入党积极分子是一个上进、优秀的群体，但也存在着政治理论水平偏低、入党动机功利化、个人主义倾向严重、受外界负面因素影响大等问题。应通过教育、引导、管理等措施，发挥他们的优势，克服他们的不足，将他们培养成为社会主义现代化建设的优秀人才。

With questionnaires to activists of joining PRC at independent colleges, results showed that it＇ s an advanced and preeminent group, however, there exist a lot of problems, such as poor mastery of politic theory, utilitarian attitude, individualistic tendency, etc. Therefore, measures should be taken such as education, guidance and management, in order to take advantage of themselves, and bring them up for socialist modernization construction.
