摘要
采用大鼠开放式颅骨开窗法和微循环显微电视放大系统观察不同剂量(10、20、40mg/kg)的人参皂甙Rg1对大鼠大脑中动脉缺血(MCAO)引起的软脑膜微循环障碍的改善作用。结果表明人参皂甙Rg1能明显改善MCAO引起的软脑膜微血管收缩、血流减慢,与缺血后用药前相比微动脉直径与血流速度分别增加10.72%和59.34%;而微静脉二者则分别增加12.57%和67.91%。药物作用持续时间大于60min。随着剂量增加(10、20、40mg/kg),效应也呈增加趋势,但经统计学检验无显著性差异。提示人参皂甙Rg1能不同程度地改善脑缺血微循环异常,增加脑组织的血液供给,减轻脑组织损伤。
Using the open skull window and microcirculatory microscopic video magnify system, the influences of ginsenoside Rg 1 at 3 dosage on pia mater microcirculation in rats with focal cerebral ischemia were studied, which was caused by middle artery occlusion(MCAO). The result indicated that MCAO could contract the arteriolar and veinlet, gisenoside Rg 1 could quicken the blood stream and dilate the arteriolar and veinlet. The diament and the blood stream speed of the arteriolar increased 10.72% and 59.34% ; that of the veinlet increased 12.57% and 67.91% , respectively. And all the effect lasted for at least 60 minutes. The improvement didnt show the drug related effects, but they showed the direction that the larger the dosage is, the larger the effect is. These suggested that the ginsenoside Rg 1 can improve the pia mater microcirculation in rats with focal cerebral ischemia in different extent, and consequently increase the blood supply of the brain issue, lighten the injury of brain.
