水热合成氧化锌微/纳米结构体系的可控合成研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 氧化锌的物理化学性质强烈的依靠其尺寸,形状和晶体结构,这些结构特征对实际应用起着重要作用。利用简单的水热法可以很好的调控其尺寸和形貌。通过对水热合成氧化锌微/纳米结构体系的可控合成的调查研究,评述了水热法的优缺点,并提出了研究展望。 The physical and chemical properties of Zinc Oxide are strongly dependent on its size,shape,and crystalline structure.These structural characteristics have an important role in practical applications.The morphology and size of Zinc Oxide were successfully controlled by simple hydrothermal process.The advantage and weakness of hydrothermal methods were reviewed by research.Meanwhile,the prospects of research were previewed.
