清开灵口服液稳定性的优化研究

Study on Optimization Stability for Oral Qingkailing

目的:研究单一及复合配方稳定剂对清开灵口服液稳定性的影响。方法:采用稳定剂羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)、黄原胶单独及其复合配方对清开灵口服液稳定效果进行试验,确定最佳稳定剂配方。结果:羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)、黄原胶对清开灵口服液均有一定的稳定效果,其中以稳定剂的配方为羧甲基纤维素钠0.15%、黄原胶0.04%的效果最佳。结论:复合稳定剂的最佳配方为羧甲基纤维素钠0.15%、黄原胶0.04%。

Objective： To studies sole and the compound formula stabilizer to the Oral Qingkailing stable influence.Methods： Uses the stabilizer carboxymethylcellulose sodium（CMC）,Xanthan gum alone and the compound formula carries on the experiment to the Oral Qingkailing stable effect,to determination best stabilizer formula.Results： The carboxymethylcellulose sodium（CMC）,Xanthan gum has certain stable effect to the Oral Qingkailing,And take the stabilizer formula as carboxymethylcellulose sodium 0.15%,Xanthan gum 0.04% effect is best.Conclusion：The compound stabilizer＇s best formula is carboxymethylcellulose sodium 0.15%,Xanthan gum 0.04%.
