摘要
对盘龙参的根际真菌和内生真菌进行分离鉴定并进行比较分析;结果表明,分离得到盘龙参的根际真菌分属于9个属的真菌:木霉属(Trichoderma)、青霉属(Penicillium)、镰刀孢属(Fusarium)、链格孢属(Alternaria)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)、毛霉属(Mucor)、丝核菌属(Rhizoctonia)、轮枝孢属(Verticillium)、拟茎点霉属(Phomopsis);从盘龙参根、茎、叶等组织分离得内生真菌分属13个属:丝核菌属(Rhizoctonia)、青霉属(Penicillium)、木霉属(Trichoderma)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)、镰刀孢属(Fusarium)、链格孢属(Alternaria)、头孢霉属(Cephalosporium)、小孢霉属(Microsporum)、枝孢属(Cladosporium)、小尾孢属(Cercosporella)、地霉属(Geottrichum)、长蠕孢属(Helminthosporium)和弯孢霉属(Currularia)。盘龙参根际真菌和内生真菌存在丰富的多样性和一定的相关性。
Rhizosphere fungi and endophytic fungi of Spiranthes sinensis(Pers)Ames were isolated and identified,then being analysized comparatively.The results showed that rhizosphere fungi obtained belonged to nine genera Trichoderma,Penicillium,Fusarium,Alternaria,Aspergillu,Mucor,Rhizoctonia,Verticillium,Phomopsis.Thirteen genera of fungi Rhizoctonia,Penicillium,Trichoderma,Aspergillus,Fusarium,Alternaria,Cephalosporium,Microsporu,Cladosporium,Cercosporella,Geottrichum,Helminthosporium,Currularia were isolated from the root,stem and leaves tissues of Spiranthes sinensis(Pers)Ames.There were abundant diversity and certain corretation between rhizosphere fungi and endophytic fungi.
