摘要 本文通过对钢管横梁、W型超高强度横梁进行深入研究,归纳总结W型超高强度横梁的设计和应用方法,最后通过某车型侧面碰撞CAE分析实车侧面碰撞试验,得出一些结论。 There are many research in vehicle side impact beam,some advise and analysis were advanced on tube beam and W form side impact beam of ultrahigh strength steel.In this paper,author introduce many CAE result and vehicle test of W form side impact beam of ultrahigh strength steel.
