艾滋病村紧邻村庄初婚青少年多性伴侣行为及其影响因素的调查分析

Survey on multiple acts of sexual partners and its influencing factors among first marriage for youth in the village close to AIDS village

目的调查初婚青少年多性伴侣行为状况及其影响因素,为开展艾滋病健康教育服务提供依据。方法在艾滋病村紧邻的4个村庄,随机调查128名初婚青少年,应用频数分析和Logistic回归分析对所得数据进行分析。结果初婚青少年有2个及以上性伴侣者占10.3%。不同类型性行为发生率的可能范围依次为恋爱对象、朋友、陌生人和其他人。有37.0%的初婚者对多个性伴侣现象持赞同或不反对态度。年轻者比年长者更易于发生多性伴侣行为;受教育年限越长多性伴侣行为发生率越高;男性初婚者多个性伴侣发生率高于女性;去打过工者多个性伴侣行为发生率高于没有去打过工者。结论要在艾滋病流行地区阻断以性传播途径为主的艾滋病的流行,就需要针对低龄、男性、外出打工的青少年重点开展艾滋病预防知识和性道德教育。

Objective To investigate the multiple acts of sexual partners of youth and its influencing factors,in order to serve for developing AIDS health education.Methods In the four villages close to AIDS village,128 first marriage-youth were randomly selected and investigated,the application frequency analysis and Logistic regression analysis methods were used to analyze the data.Results First marriage youth who have two or more sexual partners accounted for 10.3%.The incidence of different types of extramarital sex ranged as follows： love objects,friends,strangers and others.And 37.0% of the first marriage did not oppose to the phenomenon of multiple sexual partners.Younger are more prone to multiple acts of sexual partners;the longer years of education,the higher the incidence of multiple acts of sexual partners;men who at first marriage have higher incidence of multiple acts of sexual partners than women;the migrant worker have higher incidence of multiple acts of sexual partners than those who did not go to work.Conclusions In order to block the main route of transmission of the AIDS pandemic in AIDS epidemic in the region,we need conduct AIDS prevention knowledge and sexual moral education among first marriage youth especially the low age,male,migrant workers.
