基层医务人员乙型肝炎防治知识培训效果及影响因素分析

Analysis on training effect of hepatitis B prevention knowledge and its influencing factors among medical personnel in primary level

目的了解基层医务人员乙型肝炎(简称乙肝)防治知识知晓情况及其影响因素,评价医务人员乙肝防治知识培训效果。方法宝塔、绥德两县分层随机抽取县、乡、村三级医务人员进行乙肝防治知识问卷调查。结果基层医务人员的乙肝基本知识和乙肝疫苗防治知识知晓率在18.43%～82.35%之间,系统培训后,医务人员乙肝防治知识知晓率均达到90%以上。多因素Lo-gistic回归分析显示:单位级别、科室和职称是影响医务人员乙肝防治知识得分的主要因素。结论采取系统规范的培训能有效提高基层医务人员乙肝防治知识水平。

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of knowledge awareness about hepatitis B prevention among medical personnel in primary level,and to evaluate the efficacy about training of hepatitis B prevention knowledge.Methods A stratified random sampling was used to select medical personnel from county,countryside,village level in Baota and Suide county in Shaanxi Province.A questionnaire survey and training of hepatitis B prevention knowledge was carried out.Results The awareness rate of hepatitis B prevention knowledge among medical personnel in baseline ranged from 18.43% to 82.35%.After system,normative training, the total awareness rate of hepatitis B prevention achieved 90%.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that influencing factors for score of awareness were unit level,division and professional title.Conclusions The awareness rate of hepatitis B prevention knowledge among medical personnel can be improved effectively by adopting system,normative training.
