摘要
目的了解泰安市城区高中生营养状况,为开展营养干预活动提供依据。方法采取现况调查方法,对部分高中生进行身高、体重测量。结果所调查的1168名学生中,营养不良,超重与肥胖检出率分别为28.68%、11.04%和10.70%。女生营养不良检出率明显高于男生,而男生超重、肥胖检出率则显著高于女生。结论泰安市城区高中生营养状况出现两极分化倾向,营养状况不容乐观,应加强针对性强的健康教育和营养干预活动。
Objective To explore high school student＇s nutritional status,and to provide basis for the nutritional intervention.Methods Height and weight of students were measured in inventory survey procedure.Results Of all the 1 168 students being surveyed,detection rate of malnutrition,overweight and obesity was 28.68%,11.04% and 10.70%,respectively.The detection rate of malnutrition of girls was much higher than boys,while the detection rate of overweight and obesity of boys was much higher than girls.Conclusions High school students＇ nutritional status of Taian City is polarized and unoptimistic,we should improve the pertinence of heathy education and nutritional interventions.
