Accomplishing and applying the Excel programs of Meta analysis for continuous data

目的在Excel中完成计量资料合并均差的Meta分析。方法应用Excel计算函数等,编写计量资料合并均差Meta分析的Excel程序,结合医学实例评价Excel程序的计算结果。结果在Excel中可以准确、方便地完成计量资料合并均差Meta分析中的Q检验、合并均差d合并及其95%CI的计算、森林图和漏斗图的绘制,程序的结果与RevMan 4.2的一致。结论应用Excel可方便、快速、正确地完成计量资料合并均差的Meta分析。

Objective To compile the procedure of Meta analysis for continuous data.Methods The Excel procedure was edited using relevant functions.With medical cases,the results computed by the procedure were evaluated.Results The outcomes of Q test,model,dmerge,95% CI,forest map and funnel plot was consistent with the output of the RevMan 4.2 of Cochrane.Conclusions Meta analysis of continuous data can be accomplished in Excel conveniently,rapidly and accurately.
