我国结核病防治医防合作策略实施现状研究

Study on the implementation status of cooperation of general hospitals and TB dispensaries strategy on tuberculosis control in China

结核病易造成广泛流行,危害严重,已成为我国的重大公共卫生问题和社会问题,因此结核病的防治需要全社会的共同参与。开展医防合作,将各级各类医疗机构纳入结核病防治规划,共同参与结核病防治工作,已成为实现我国结核病防治规划目标的重要策略。本文对目前我国医防合作策略的实施现状作一综述。

Because of spreading widely and serious harm,the tuberculosis has become a significant public health question and social question in our country.As a result the tuberculosis control can not be lack of the entire social participation.By integrating all levels and each kind of medical institutions into tuberculosis control program and making them joining the tuberculosis control work,the cooperation of general hospitals and TB dispensaries strategy is one kind of important strategies to realize our country＇s tuberculosis control program goal.In this article the present situation of the cooperation of general hospitals and TB dispensaries strategy on tuberculosis control is reviewed.
