血管性耳鸣与心电图功率谱相关分析及其临床应用价值 被引量:3

Correlation analysis of power spectrum between the vascular tinnitus and electrocardiogram and its clinical value

摘要 采用快速傅里叶变换(fastfouriertransform,FFT)技术,对血管性耳鸣(vasculartinnitus,VT)与心电图(electrocardiogram,ECG)同步监测的信息进行相关性分析及临床应用价值的研究。结果显示:VT与ECG的波形及功率谱特征相似,统计学相关性检验证实二者为极显著相关关系(P<0.001)。VT组和N-VT组与ECG频谱参量间的相关性研究表明,VT-ECG同步监测与功率港联合应用监测法,可为临床VT疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断和疗效评估提供帮助。 The correlation of simultaneous recording vascular tinnitus (VT) andelectrocardiogram (ECG) and its clinical value were analysed by fast fourier transform(FFT) technique. Results indicated that parameters of the waveform and power spectrum about VT and those of ECG were very similar in VT group. There were no correlation between the spectrum peak values of VT and ECG in non VT group.
