摘要
目的观察全麻诱导时不同的诱导方式对循环系统的影响。方法选择ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ级择期手术患者40例,随机分为Ⅰ,Ⅱ两组。Ⅰ组全凭静脉药麻醉诱导;Ⅱ组吸入6%七氟醚,氧气流量2.5 L/min。分别观察相应指标。结果两组患者麻醉诱导期SpO2均在95%以上。插管后两组血压、脉搏均上升,但Ⅱ组小于Ⅰ组,并且血压波动幅度较小。两组患者意识消失时间、睫毛反射消失时间的差距较大Ⅱ组明显小于Ⅰ组。结论七氟醚用于患者麻醉诱导迅速、平稳,对循环系统影响小,无明显不良反应。
Objective the influence of different induction modes on the circulatory system during the induction of general anesthesia.Methods Choose 40 patients of ASAⅠ-Ⅱ,who will undergo a selective operation and divide them into two groups at random.GrouopⅠwiel undergo anesthesia induction via veins;GrouopⅡ nill breathe 6% sevoflurane with the flow rate for oxygen of 2.5L/min.Observe the homologous indexes separately.Results The two groups of patients' SpO2 is above 95% and their blood pressure and pulse rise after intubation,but GroupⅡ's variations are less obvious than GroupⅠ's and GroupⅡ's range of fluctuation of blood pressure is narrower.There is a great difference in the extinction time of consciousness and eyelash reflex.Group Ⅱ's extinction time is evidently shorter than GroupⅠ's.Results It is fast and steady to adiminister sevoflurane to patients for anesthesia induction,it has a little influence on the patients'circulatory system and there is no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion anesthesia induction;sevoflurane;general anesthesia;the circulatory system
