重型颅脑损伤术后并发脑梗塞的诊治分析(附18例)

Analysis of Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Infarction after Operation of Severe Brain Injury

目的:探讨重型颅脑损伤术后并发脑梗塞的发病机制,诊治方法,以提高疗效,改善预后。方法:回顾近七年我科收治的脑外伤术后并发脑梗塞18例患者,根据头颅CT、MRI检查结合临床表现,及时作出诊断治疗。结论:重型颅脑损伤本身生存率低,致残率高,让并发大面积脑梗塞预后更差,若早期预防,及时诊治综合治疗,能很好的改善预后。

Objective：To explore the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction after the operation of severe brain injury and the way to diagnosis and treat it, so as to improve the therapeutic effect and prognosis. Methods： to review the 18 patients of cerebral infarction, which occurred after the operation of severe brain injury of our department in recent seven years. They were diagnosised according to CT and MRI of head combined with clinical manifestation and treated in time. Results： In our study group,from 14 days to 3 monthes,3 cases recovered,4 cases moderately mutilated ,5 cases severely mutilated ,4 cases became plant man, 2 eases died. Conclusion： The prognosis of severe brain injury combined with cerebral infarction is worse than severe brain injury only. we can improve the prognosis by early prevention and combined therapy in time.
