摘要
校长领导权力的合法性危机是指校长领导权力失去正当性且未获得被领导者的认同、支持和服从,其实质是一种认同危机。危机形态主要表现为公共性危机、程序性危机、价值性危机及有效性危机等。为此,应通过公共意志及公共利益价值取向的联结、程序正义与实质正义原则的统一、以人为本与交往伦理的结合及适当集权与合理分权的协调等范式予以解决,进而缓解校长领导权力的合法性危机,实现学校的有效发展。
The legitimacy crisis of principal leadership power entails that principal leadership power loses the legitimacy and does not get the recognition,support and obedience by the led.Its essence is a kind of identity crisis.Crisis forms are mainly the public crisis,procedure crisis,value crisis and effectiveness crisis.These could be solved through the paradigms of the association of public will and public interest values,the principle unity of procedural justice and substantive justice,the combination of people-oriented and communicative ethics,and the coordination of appropriate centralization and reasonable decentralization.The above can alleviate the legitimacy crisis of principal leadership power and achieve the effective development of the school.
