摘要
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》强调要充分利用国外优质教育资源,明确要求"培养大批具有国际视野、通晓国际规则、能够参与国际事务与国际竞争的国际化人才"。我国高中引入国际课程,是尝试利用国外优质教育资源、为国际化人才培育奠基、推进高中教育多样化发展的途径之一。我们选择的高中国际课程分析对象,一般应具备三方面特征,即在我国高中已有学校组织实施,该国外课程在其他一些国家、地区也被广泛采用与认可,具有一定的国际影响。高中引入国际课程至少应当关注目的、体系、法理、准备与实施等五大问题。
The National Outline for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development(2010-2020 has stressed to make full use of overseas high-quality educational resources,and clearly requested "to train a large number of globalized talents with an international view,knowledge of international rules,and the ability to participate in the international affairs and competition." The introduction of international courses to high schools is one of many approaches using overseas quality educational resources,so as to lay the foundation for international personnel training and promote the diversified development in secondary education.The international curricula of high schools chosen for analysis usually have three characteristics: first,it is a curriculum implemented in some Chinese high schools;second,it is a curriculum widely used and recognized in other countries and regions;third,it has certain international influence.The introduction of international courses to high schools should focus on the five major issues: purpose,system,legitimacy,preparation and implementation.
