摘要
高水平教师是社会的一种期盼,其中涉及教师专业水平的提高及收益的公共性问题,这个问题是导致教师专业发展陷入外部性困境的因素,与成本分担相关。要提高教师专业水平,既需要教育行政部门承担显性成本,更要考虑如何引导学校和教师分担显性成本和承担隐性成本。
We all look for a teacher with a high professional level.However,the income of improving teacher's professionalism has public character,which leads teacher's professional development to an outside difficult position.In this case,it is more important to share cost than to improve strategy.In order to improve teacher's professionalism,while the educational administrative department undertakes the explicit costs,we should also try to lead schools and teachers to share the explicit costs and burden the implicit costs.
