The Challenges and Strategies of Teacher Professional Development in the Stable Growth Period

摘要 稳定成长期是教师专业发展的关键阶段。在这一阶段,教师专业发展面临高原现象、自我发展权的剥夺、"徒艺相传"培养模式的维系、片面发展和专业"缩水"风险增大等挑战,必须采取营造适宜环境,减少对教师的理性规约,促进教师智慧性的反思以及强化教师专业自我的引领等对策,促进教师专业稳定、持续、健康发展。 Stable growth period is the critical stage of teacher professional development.In this stage,teacher professional development is faced with the challenges of the plateau phenomenon,the deprivation of self-development rights in the stable growth period,the maintenance of the "skills transmission" training mode,the increased risk of one-sided development and professional "shrinkage".We must create a special circumstance for the stable growth,reduce the rational norms of teachers in the stable growth period,promote the reflection on the teacher wisdom and strengthen the teacher professional lead in the stable growth period,so as to promote the stable,sustainable and healthy development of teacher professional.
