摘要
本文基于网络的教师专业发展模式是教师教育的新课题,针对教师网络培训、网络教研和网络资源建设的现状,以浙江中小学教师网络学习的调查为基础,结合国内外学者对网络环境下的教师专业发展的研究成果,提出教师网络学习的SIRT模型。该模型倡导对学习者、平台、资源和学习主题诸要素进行系统思考。认为教师与平台交互、与资源交互、与主题交互、以及教师间的交互产生教师网络学习的绩效。强调在组织教师网络学习过程中,要协调各种力量,发挥每一个要素的作用。
Web-based professional development model is a new issue of teacher education.According to the situation of teacher network training,network teaching and researching and network resources construction,based on the investigation of Zhejiang primary and secondary school teachers' internet learning,and combining with domestic and foreign scholars' research results on the teacher professional development in the network environment,the paper puts forward the SIRT model of teacher learning.This model advocates a system thinking on learners,platform,resources,learning theme and so on.The paper thinks that the interactions between teacher and platform,resources,theme and teachers can produce the performance of teacher internet learning.The paper stresses that we should coordinate various forces and give a full role of each element in the organization of teachers' internet learning process.
