噻托溴铵与沙美特罗/氟替卡松治疗中度慢性阻塞性肺病疗效的比较

Therapeutic effects comparison on tiotropium and saimeterol/flutioasone in patients with moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的 探讨噻托溴铵与沙美特罗/氟替卡松联合应用对中度COPD患者肺功能及生命质量的影响.方法 将60例中度COPD患者随机分为A、B、C三组,A组单用噻托溴铵,B组单用沙美特罗/氟替卡松,C组同时使用噻托溴铵和沙美特罗/氟替卡松,治疗3个月,检测治疗前后肺功能及生命质量评分.结果 A组及B组治疗前后FEV1/FVC改善具有显著的统计学意义,但两组FEV1的改善无统计意义,而C组FEV1及FEV1/FVC治疗前后改善均具有显著统计学意义 A组治疗前后生命质量总均分差异无统计学意义,而B组及C组治疗前后生命质量总均分改善具有显著性统计学意义.结论 联合吸入长效抗胆碱能药物、长效β-2受体激动剂及糖皮质激素不仅能改善中度COPD患者肺功能,同时能提高生命质量.

Objective To investigate the effects of tiotropium with salmeterol / fluticasone in patients with moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Motbods 60 patients with stable moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into 3 groups of tiotropium （ A group ）,saimeterol/fluticasone （ B group ） and tiotropium ＋saimeterol/fluticasone （ C group ）, FEV1, FEV1/FVC and quality of life（QOL） were measured before and 3 months after treatment. Results The FEV1/FVC in all groups was improved. Furthermore the EEV1 in C group was obviously improved. Except A group, the QOL in B and C groups were also obviously improved. Conelusion The joint usage of tiotropium and salmeterol/fluticasone in patients with moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve the pulmonary function and quality of life.
