积雪草总苷缓释片含量测定及制剂稳定性考察

目的 积雪草总苷缓释片的含量测定及制剂稳定性考察.方法 利用反相高效液相色谱法测定羟基积雪草苷和积雪草苷的含量 通过影响因素实验、加速实验和长期实验进行初步稳定性考察.结果 采用含量测定方法准确可靠,能较好控制积雪草总苷缓释片的质量 稳定性考察确定该制剂质量比较稳定.结论 积雪草总苷缓释片含量测定方法合适及该制剂较稳定.

Objective Study on content assay and preparation stability of Centella asiatica glycosides extract tablets for sustained release. Methods The madecasaoside and asiaticoside were assayed by RP-HPLC. The stability was inspected by influence factors test, accelerated sheff life test and long term storage test. Results The content assay method was accurate and reliable, good for quality control of the Centella asiatica glycosides extract tablets for sustained release, and the stability of the preparation was fine.Conclusion The content assay method was suitable for the preparation and the preparation was stable.
