摘要
目的:观察内毒素对肝细胞的影响及丹参素的保护作用。方法:采用离体肝细胞原代培养技术,观察不同浓度内毒素及加入丹参素对肝细胞几项指标的影响。结果:内毒素可使乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)漏出增多,同时培养液上清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)减少,一氧化氮(NO)增加。应用丹参素后,可部分逆转这些改变。结论:内毒素可直接导致肝细胞损伤,丹参素可通过增强SOD活力,减少NO的产生而发挥其保护作用。
Aim: To observe the influence of endotoxin on hepatocyte and the protective effect of Danshensu on them. Method: Using primary culture of rat hepatocyte, the action of endotoxin and protection of Danshensu on hepatocyte were investigated. Results: Endotoxin can increase the leakage of LDH from hepatocyte, at the same time, the content of SOD decrease and NO increase in the culture supernatants, these changes can be ameliorated partly by using Danshensu. Conclusion: Endotoxin can induce hepatocytes damage and Danshensu can protect them by increase SOD and decrease NO.
