摘要
目的:通过对中文版"太田阶段评价法"的信度和效度的研究来验证其在儿童自闭症应用中的妥当性。方法:在北京、青岛和大连选取自闭症儿童175例,正常儿童132例,对其进行太田阶段评价和比内智商测试,并由家长填写自制的访谈问卷。结果:①信度分析:全量表和各项目之间的Cronbach’sα系数均大于0.7,重测信度系数为0.985和0.976。②效度分析:太田阶段的总得分与各分项得分的相关系数为0.5480.897,说明其具有良好的内容效度。不同年龄组儿童的太田阶段得分与智商呈强的正相关,系数为0.8280.976;太田阶段和语言能力之间也呈很强的正相关,系数为0.785,效标效度良好。另外,各年龄段对照组的太田得分均显著高于自闭症组,说明其具有良好的区分效度。结论:中文版"太田阶段评价法"具有良好的信度和效度,操作简便,结果再现性高,是一种有效地评估自闭症儿童认知能力的工具。
Objective:To verify the value of Chinese version-Ohta staging evaluation in children with autism by investigating the reliability and validity.Methods:175 children with autism and 132 normal children were selected from Beijing,Qingdao and Dalian,then they received Ohta staging evaluation and Binet IQ scale,a self-designed questionnaire was finished by their parents.Results:Reliability analysis: the Chronbach’s α coefficients of whole scale and every item were above 0.7,the coefficients of test-retest were 0.985 and 0.976,respectively.Validity analysis: the correlation coefficient of total score and score of every item was 0.548~0.897,which indicated that Ohta staging evaluation had a good content validity.There was a positive correlation between score of Ohta staging evaluation and IQ in different age groups,the coefficient was 0.8280.976,and there was a positive correlation between Ohta staging evaluation and language ability,the coefficient was 0.785,which showed that Ohta staging evaluation had a good criterion validity.The scores of Ohta staging evaluation at all age groups in control group were significantly higher than those in autism group,which indicated that Ohta staging evaluation had a good differential validity.Conclusion:Chinese version-Ohta staging evaluation has good reliability and validity with high reproducibility and can be operated conveniently,which is an effective method in evaluating cognition of children with autism.
