子宫热球仪治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床研究

Clinical study on dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated with uterine thermal balloon

目的：探讨子宫热球仪治疗功能失调性子宫出血的可行性、安全性及有效性。方法：选择2006年62007年5月采用子宫热球仪治疗功能失调性子宫出血的患者45例,进行长期随访、观察疗效及并发症。结果：45例患者术后3月随访有效率达95.6%,2年后有效率达91.1%。所有患者术中及术后均未出现明显并发症。结论：子宫热球仪治疗功能失调性子宫出血具有高效、安全、简便的优点,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the feasibility,safety and effectiveness of uterine thermal balloon in treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods：45 cases with dysfunctional uterine bleeding who were treated with uterine thermal balloon from June 2006 to May 2007 were selected,then they were followed up for a long period,the curative effect and complications were observed.Results：The effective rate after follow-up for three months was 95.6%,then the effective rate achieved 91.1% after 2 years.No intraoperative and postoperative complications occurred.Conclusion：Uterine thermal balloon is effective,safe and simple in treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding,which is worth popularizing.
