摘要 鉴于锅炉经济性及布袋除尘器安全生产的双重需要,本文通过某热电厂2#炉性能试验及热力计算,对目前该厂HG-220/100-10型锅炉存在的排烟温度高及锅炉效率偏低的现状进行试验研究分析,并提出解决措施及尾部受热面改造方案。 Considering the double necessity of the boiler economical efficiency and the safety operation for the bag-type dust collector,this article involves the performance test research and analysis for the current status of high exhausting temperature and low boiler efficiency by means of the performance test and thermal calculation for the HG-220/100-10 2# boiler in the Heat Power Plant,and puts forward the solution and reforming means for the tail heating surface.
