血必净对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征呼出气冷凝液中炎症因子的影响 被引量:2

Influence of Xuebijing on inflammatory factor in exhaled breath condensate of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

摘要 目的探讨血必净对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)呼出气冷凝液中炎症因子的影响。方法选择OSAHS患者56例和正常体检者30例,其中OSAHS患者分为对照组及治疗组各28例,对照组进行CPAP治疗,治疗组在CPAP治疗基础上加用血必净治疗。治疗前后采用ELISA双抗体夹心法测定呼出气冷凝液中8-异前列腺素(8-isoPG)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平。结果①治疗前2组患者呼出气冷凝液中8-isoPG、IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著高于正常组(P<0.01);②治疗后对照组3项指标与治疗前相比均明显降低(P均<0.05),但仍明显高于正常组(P<0.05);③治疗组治疗后3项指标较治疗前相比均明显降低(P<0.01),与正常组相比无显著性差异。结论血必净注射液治疗OSAHS能抑制炎症递质的产生和释放,降低OSAHS所致的氧化应激和炎症反应,在防治OS-AHS的发病及并发症方面有一定的作用。 Objective It is to observe the influence of Xuebijing on inflammatory factor in exhaled breath condensate(EBC) of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods 56 patients with OSAHS and 30 normal controls were included in the study.28 OSAHS cases were treated by continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP) which divide into control group,the other 28 OSAHS cases were treated both by CPAP and Xuebijing which divide into therapy group.8-isoprostane(8-isoPG),interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in EBC were assayed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay before and after treatment.Results ① The 8-isoPG,IL-6 and TNF-α levels in EBC of all OSAHS patients were higher than normal controls before therapy(P〈0.01).② The 8-isoPG,IL-6 and TNF-α levels in EBC of control group were lower after therapy(P〈0.05);but were higher than normal controls(P〈0.05).③ The 8-isoPG,IL-6 and TNF-α levels in EBC were lower in therapy group after therapy(P〈0.01),and had no difference with normal controls.Conclusion Xuebijing therapy can represse the mediators of inflammation in OSAHS,and reduce the oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction in OSAHS patients.So Xuebijing has affect on prevention and cure OSAHS and its complication.
