摘要
简介东锅自主开发300 MW循环流化床冷渣器系统,分析原设计系统存在的问题和缺陷,介绍系统改进方案。通过改造,冷渣器故障率明显降低,使机组运行的安全性、经济性、稳定性有了显著提高。
The ash cooler system of 300MW CFB boiler developed by the Dongfang Boiler Group Co.Ltd is introduced.Problems and defects are analyzed,and improvements are introduced.Fault rate of ash cooler decreases obviously,the safety,economy and stability of the unit raise obviously after the improving.
