摘要
利用NETZSCH STA409PC型热重-差热分析仪对由木屑、秸秆等农林废弃物制成的生物质成型燃料的热解与燃烧过程进行热重分析。对TG、DTG曲线进行分析,结果表明生物质成型燃料热解过程分为干燥、热解与炭化3个阶段,热解过程随着升温速率升高出现热滞后现象。对热解剧烈失重区间建立了反应动力学模型,求解出此温度区间的表观活化能、频率因子等动力学参数,生物质成型燃料燃烧过程出现两次明显失重过程。
The themogravinetric analysis of biomass moulding fuel made of sawdust,straw and other agricultural and forestry waste was carried out in a thermogravimetric analyzer.The analysis of TG and DTG curves indicates that the pyrolysis of biomass moulding fuel should be divided into four steps: dryness,pyrolysis and carbonization.Thermal hysteresis was occurred as the heating rate increased in the pyrolysis process.Pyrolysis reaction kinetics equation was established on its scale of dramatic weight loss and according to which the kinetics parameters as apparent activation energy and Arrhenius factor were obtained.There were two obvious weight loss phenomena in the combustion process of biomass moulding fuel.
