摘要
对于立柱,传统的设计方法是仅采用空间梁单元,具有一定局限性。本文采用空间梁单元建立了车站的整体模型,提取了曲线立柱的内力。使用有限元软件ANSYS建立了曲线立柱的局部空间有限元模型,得到了曲线立柱的在所有计算工况下的应力分布云图,采用ANSYS多工况取极值的方法,解决了多工况下应力云图的最大值显示的难题,找出了立柱在所有计算工况下的应力集中区域,直接指导设计工作,优化了设计。
For the design of column, only the spacial beam element is used in the traditional design, and there are some limitations in this method. In this paper,spacial beam element was used to establish the ovral model, and the intenal force was extracted for the curve column. Then,we used ANSYS to estab- lish the local model of the curve column, and the stress-concentration region of the column in all the load- case was obtained. And the method of mutiple load cases operation in the ANSYS is used to solve the the problem of display of maximum value of mutiple load cases. At last,we obtained the stress-concentration region, and use this method to guide the design optimization.
