黑曲霉固态发酵甜菜粕产饲料蛋白培养基优化

Optimization of beet pulp medium used in Aspergillus niger solid-state fermentation for feed protein production

摘要 对黑曲霉固态发酵甜菜粕产饲料蛋白进行了研究,分别探讨了氮源、加水量、营养液pH值、接种量、发酵时间对发酵培养基的影响,并采用正交法对培养基进行了优化。结果表明,以2.5%NaNO3为氮源,加水量为200%,营养液pH值为9,接种量为7%,发酵6d时,粗蛋白的含量达到最大值,为29.23%。 Solid state fermentation conditions lbr production of feed protein using beet pulp medium wltla Aspergillus niger was studied. Intluenee ot nitrogen source, water content, pH of nutrients solutions, inoculum, fermentation time and fermentation medium were evaluated. The fermentation substrate was optimized with orthogonal experimental design. The result showed that content of crude protein reached 29.23% under the conditions of 2.5% sodium nitrate as nitrogen source, addition of water by 200%, pH value of nutrient solution at 9, inoculum by 7% and fermentation for 6d.
