摘要
在以往工作中筛选得到的一株解磷菌株JN-31,对其进行了最佳液体培养条件的优化研究。研究发现:最佳碳源为葡萄糖25g/L,最佳氮源为豆饼粉7g/L,培养基初始pH值为7.5,进行摇瓶培养时装液量为125mL/500mL,菌体浓度可达到2.9×1010cfu/mL。
The liquid culture conditions of phosphate-solubilizing microbial strain JN-31 were studied. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: 25g/L glucose (carbon source), 7g/L bean cake powder (nitrogen source), initial pH value 7.5, and medium volume 125ml in 500ml Erlenmeyer flask. Under optimal conditions, the biomass reached 2.9×10^10cfu/mL.
