纤维素酶产生菌的选育研究和形态鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 兴隆山国家自然保护区位于甘肃省兰州榆中县内,森林覆盖,雨水充沛,温凉湿润,区内分布着丰富的微生物资源。从兴隆山采集了不同环境的土样,用羧甲基纤维素钠刚果红法初筛,并结合液体发酵复筛测其CMC酶活和滤纸酶活(FPA),最终选育出15株纤维素酶产生菌,其中6株菌不但酶活较高,且生长迅速。经形态学初步鉴定这6株菌分别是1株青霉、3株木霉、1株根霉、1株放线菌,放线菌27-1A产中性纤维素酶。 The Xinglong Mountain in Yuzhong county of Lanzhou is a national natural protection area, which distributed abundant sources of microor- ganisms. Samples of soil in different environmental conditions were collected and primary screening was carried out with CMCNa Congo Red medium. With combination of liquid fermentation and analysis of activity of CMCase and FPA, 15 strains of higher cellulase production were selected, and among them 6 strains have high yield of cellulase and growth well, as well. Primary morphology identification indicated that they are one strain Peni- cillium, three strains Trichoderma, one strain Rhizopus and one strain actinomycete, respectively. The strain actinomycete 27-1A produces neutral cellulase.
