桑黄菌丝球多糖的分离纯化 被引量:3

摘要 桑黄菌丝球多糖经大孔树脂除蛋白、DEAE-纤维素初步纯化后得到三个组分,其中Ap2含量最多,且有两个峰部分重叠,将Ap2过Sephadex G-100凝胶柱层析进一步纯化,得到Ap2-1和Ap2-2两个单一多糖组分,纯化后的多糖各组分经紫外光谱分析不含蛋白质和核酸,整个分离纯化过程,多糖的回收率仅为48%,但纯度达到了96%。 Three components ofpolysaccharide were obtained from Phellinus linteus mycelia pellets after deproteinized by macroporous resin and pu- rified by DEAE-cellulose. The most abundant component was Ap2, w+hich have two peaks overlap. Two single-components Ap2-1 and Ap2-2 from Ap2 were obtained after further purified by Sephadex G-100 gel column chromatography. The purified polysaccharide components were determined by ultraviolet spectra analysis without any protein and nucleic acid. During the whole separation and purification process, the recovery rate of polysacchride was only 48%, while the purity reached 96%.
