摘要
采用磷渣配料烧制水泥熟料,再掺入磷渣作混合材制备复合水泥,研究磷渣掺量对复合水泥性能的影响,并利用XRD、SEM对其水化产物进行分析。结果表明,用作混合材,当磷渣掺量为10%,矿渣掺量为20%时,所制备的复合水泥各项性能均满足国家标准,其净浆28d抗压强度值高达114.2MPa。
Phosphorous slag could be used as a cement raw materials,and also an admixture of composite cement.The effect of the dosage of phosphorus slag on composite cement properties was studied.The hydration product of composite cement was analyzed by XRD and SEM.The results showed that the 28d compression strength value of the hardened composite cement paste would be approached to 114.2MPa,and other performances of the composite cement could meet the national standard if the dosage of phosphorus slag and GGBS was 10% and 20% respectively.
