摘要
现代化电网是国家能源战略的重要组成部分,而智能电网是当前现代化电网建设的重要方向之一。文章介绍了智能电网的基本概念及在各国的发展,阐述了智能电网的特征和其建设中的通信技术,建立高速、双向、实时、集成的通信系统是实现智能电网的基础。在该技术领域中需要重点关注开放的通信架构和统一的技术标准。
A modern power grid is an important part of national energy strategy,while smart grid is one of the most important directions in modern power grid development.This article describes the basic concept of smart grid and its development in deferent countries,and discusses the characteristics of smart grid and the telecommunication technology used in smart grid development.It points out that the establishment of high-speed,bi-directional,real-time and integrated telecommunication system are the basis of smart grid,and indicates that more attention should be paid on the open telecommunication architecture and unified technical standards.
