摘要
嘉兴电力光缆监测和管理系统经过多年建设和发展,目前已覆盖市局及县局所有的光缆,全面实现光缆的实时监测和资源管理功能。系统通过数据交换平台实现两级系统纵向联网,同时实现与传输设备网管、输配电GIS系统、PI实时数据库系统的无缝对接。文章详细介绍了系统建设的目标、内容以及系统实现的关键技术。实际运行表明,系统软件架构设计合理、操作简单、功能实用,为提高电力通信维护管理水平发挥了重要作用。
After many years′ construction and development,the monitoring and management system of power optical cable in Jiaxing have covered all optical cables in the cities and counties with the function of real-time monitoring and resource management.By data exchange platform,the system has realized two-level system interconnection,at the same time,the seamless connection with TNDM,GIS of power transmission and distribution system,and PI seamless real-time database systems have been achieved.This paper introduces the goal,content and key technologies of the system.Practical operation shows that the system software architecture design is reasonable,simple,functional and practical.It enhances the maintenance and management level of power communication.
