摘要
随着国家电网公司智能变电站的建设,合并单元作为其关键设备,需要建立统一的技术条件及测试规范。该设备的技术条件基于国内外变电站合并单元的设计、制造和运行经验,并结合智能变电站的技术导则及设计技术规范而提出。为了满足IEC 61850标准对于设备互联操作的要求,根据IEC 61850-10对于装置性能测试部分的内容,提出了一套合并单元的性能测试方案。
With the construction of State Grid Corporation′s intelligent substation,Merging Unit（MU） needs to establish uniform technical requirement and test specifications as the key equipment.The technical condition of the equipment is based on merging unit′s design,manufacture and operation experience home and abroad,combined with intelligent substation technology and design guidelines that proposed technical specifications.To meet the IEC 61850 standard for inter operations requirements,we proposed a set of merging unit′s performance testing program according to IEC 61850-10 for the device performance testing part.
