摘要 陕西802粮库为单跨单层钢筋混凝土排架结构散装粮库,屋盖采用先张法预应力混凝土21m跨拱板。根据施工场地狭窄、缺少地面预制场地等特点,采用现有脚手架钢管搭设的"组合压杆"与粮库排架柱顶的纵向圈梁共同组成高空预应力张拉台座及滑道,满足了拱板预制、张拉及滑移就位要求。 Shanxi 802 grain depot is a bulk grain depot adopting single-span and monolayer reinforced concrete bent structure and the roof is made of pretensioned concrete 21 m-span arch slabs. Considering the narrow construction field and limited ground prefabrication area, a high-altitude prestress tensioning pedestal and slideway are jointly formed by the "assembled pressure bar" composed of current scaffold steel pipes and the longitudinal collar beam of grain depot bent structure column top, to satisfy the requirements for prefabrication, tensioning and slippage positioning of the arch slab.
