摘要
成都苏宁广场地下室巨型预应力转换梁位于地铁上方,具有高度高、跨度大、对地铁结构顶部承载力影响大的特点。在工程实践中,采用分阶段施工等措施防止地铁结构超负荷。在预应力施工中,将巨型转换梁分两阶段张拉,张拉次数较少,施工较方便。真空辅助灌浆技术也在本工程中得到应用,并取得了成功经验。
The huge underground prestressed transfer beam of Chengdu Suning Square is located above a subway and has many characteristics, such as high altitude, wide span and great influence on top bearing capacity of subway structure. In engineering practice, measure of construction by stages is adopted to prevent the subway structure from overload. During prestressing construction, the huge transfer beam is stressed by two stages, because the less stressing times, the more convenient for construction. Vacuum assistant grouting technology is used in this engineering and successful experiences are obtained.
