摘要
北京某住宅项目总建筑面积325659m2,地下防水总面积达120000m2,采用韩伍思达刚性复合防水技术,并在外墙混凝土内掺FS102防水剂,外层抹掺FS101防水剂的砂浆。施工中针对薄弱部位采取了多种措施,确保混凝土密实,防水效果好,且可缩短工期、降低成本,混凝土耐久性好,便于维修。
A residential building project in Beijing covers a total building area of 325659m^2 and its total undergrounci waterproof area is as large as 120 000 m^2. Hanwusida rigid composite waterproof technique is adopted, FS102 waterproof agent mixed in the external wall concrete and mortar which is mixed with FSI01 waterproof agent plastered on the external layer. During construction, many measures are adopted at weak positions to insure compact concrete and favorable waterproof effect. Construction period may be shortened, cost reduced, favorable concrete durability guaranteed and maintenance facilitated.
