摘要
在基于复杂网络理论进行电网结构脆弱性评估的基础上,建立综合考虑经济性、环境影响因素以及电网脆弱性的多目标输电网扩展规划模型。模型中的电网脆弱性指标结合电力网络本身的拓扑结构和运行状态,衡量电网规划方案下的网络输电能力以及网络对故障的耐受能力。将Pareto非支配排序与差分进化(DE)算法相结合,采用非支配排序差分进化(NSDE)算法对该模型进行求解,通过6节点系统算例验证了NSDE算法在求解多目标电网规划问题中的可行性。算例结果表明,所建立的多目标规划模型可以有效评估规划方案的网络脆弱性,对规划建设坚强的电网具有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on the structural vulnerability assessment of power grid by the complex network theory,a multi-objective transmission network planning model is developed that considers economy,the influence on environment and the vulnerability assessment of the transmission network.To evaluate the electricity network transmission ability and withstanding capacity of failures,the transmission network vulnerability index takes into account the structural characteristics and operation states.While integrating the Pareto non-dominant sorting mechanism with the differential evolution algorithm,the non-dominant sorting differential evolution(NSDE)algorithm is adopted to solve this problem.The feasibility of the NSDE algorithm in the multi-objective transmission network planning is shown by the test system results.The model proposed can effectively evaluate the vulnerability of the transmission network planning scheme,providing the planning and construction of a strong power grid with a reference.
