摘要
目的：研究止血药在胆囊切除术中肝床肝面出血的局部应用；方法：以泡浸止血药的明胶海绵、可溶性纱布填压创面，或止血药直接敷于创面止血；结果：术中术后观察，本组均无延迟性出血、肝功能损害及凝血机制改变；结论：本法止血迅速，使用方便。
Objective:To study local application of haeostatic dealing with haemorrhage on heppatic bed surface in the cholecystectomy.Method:It is performed by using gelatin sponge and dissoluble gauze soaked with haemostatic to press the surface ,or by using haemostatic directly on the surface.Result: During and after operation,It shows that all cases have no delayed haemorrhage,no liver damaged and no change of coagulation mechanism.Conclusion:The method is quick,and easy to stop bleeding,also better than suturing.
