基于非参数方法的鄂尔多斯市水资源承载力分析

Analysis of Erdos Water Resources Carrying Capacity Based on Nonparametric Method

针对水资源源承载力是区域生态环境建设和确定社会经济发展方向的基础,以鄂尔多斯市为例,基于非参数评价模型无需假定评价函数的具体表达形式,综合评价了水资源承载能力,并揭示了评价标准数据自身隐含的的评价信息,提出重视水资源综合管理是实现水资源可持续利用的途径。结果表明,鄂尔多斯市水资源开发利用程度已具相当规模并有一定潜力,该方法直观简便,行之有效,为经济发展提供了理论依据。

The water resources carrying capacity is the basis of eco-environmental construction and socio-economic development.Taking the Erdos city for an example,the water resources carrying capacity is evaluated comprehensively based on the nonparametric evaluation model,which needs not specific function form.At the same time,the implicit information of evaluation norm datum is presented and the idea is proposed that thinking highly of the management of water resources is the way to realize the sustainable utilization of water resources.The results show that the current water resources development and utilization in Erdos area has reached a relative high degree but it has some certain potential,and the nonparametric evaluation model is simple and effective,which provides theoretical basis for economic development.
