摘要
针对水权交易中存在价格扭曲的现象,结合我国目前水权市场为准市场的性质与水权交易的现状,基于模糊集理论与水权定价指标体系,构建了水权定价的模糊识别模型,并利用其确定了我国黄河流域2010年水权价格。结果表明,该模型可为水权交易中的价格制定提供理论基础和方法,有利于水权市场的完善和水资源的高效利用。
In view of the distorted price of water rights trade,according to the fuzzy set theory and the system of indices,the fuzzy recognition model for the pricing of water rights is put forward with considering the properties of quasi-market and the situation of water rights trade in China.And then the model is applied to calculate the price of water rights in Yellow River Basin in 2010 year.The results show that the model can provide theoretical basis and method for pricing of water rights trade,which is beneficial to improvement of water rights market and fully utilization of water resources.
