摘要
针对当前水电机组动平衡试验一般方法的缺陷,以东江水电厂机组转子动平衡为例,提出了基于两次试重的动平衡数值解法,并对误差源进行了分析和消除。结果表明,该方法简单可靠、效果理想,适合现场动平衡分析,可供借鉴。
In view of the defects existing in dynamic balance method of hydrogenerator,taking the Dongjiang hydropower plant for an example,a numerical method for dynamic balance of hydrogenerator is proposed based on twice weights testing.And then the error sources are also analyzed and removed.The experiment results demonstrate that this method is simple and effective and it is suitable for dynamic balance testing on-site,which provides reference for engineering application.
