液相分散法制备松针状Bi-In-Sn-Pb共晶合金

Synthesis of Bi-In-Sn-Pb Pine Needle-Like Nanocrystals Alloy by the Solution Dispersion

摘要 以P123(聚乙烯-聚氧乙烯-聚乙烯)为表面修饰剂,在液体石蜡/水的体系中,成功制备了枝状的Bi-In-Sn-Pb共晶合金.用透射电子显微镜,XRD射线衍射仪对产物的形貌和组成进行了表征.结果表明:产物为多晶纳米合金,这些合金由大量形貌规整的立方体颗粒组成,整体呈现松针状.摩擦实验结果表明,当添加浓度为0.3%时具有最佳的抗磨性能。 The leaf-like quaternary nanocrystals alloy was synthesized in the solution composition of P123/Liquid Paraffin/water,P123 as the surfactant.The structure,composition and property of the samples were studied by TEM,XRD.The result show that the pine needle-like nanocrystals alloy was formed by large number of nubbly nanoparticles.The tribological property of the samples ware evaluated using four-ball testmachine.It was found that,when the concentration of the pine needle-like alloy as additives in liquid paraffin at 0.3% could improve antiwear property and carrying capacity of the lubricant.
