摘要
基于评审专家库专业结构模型,针对评审专家抽取应用问题,提出了分析与监控专家库状态的三级递进评价指标,给出了利用三级递进评价指标进行专业规模监控和改进的步骤.还特别说明了评审专家抽取需求的估计方法,通过单日所需抽取人数的估计和随机性保证度参数的设定来计算抽取需求.最后通过实验验证了本研究的有效性与实用性.
Based on the specialty structure model of evaluation expert database,this paper proposes "three-level progressive evaluating indexes" to analyze and monitor the state of expert database.These indexes can be used to guide the specialty scale monitoring and adjustment,which help to solve the expert shortage problem in the application of extracting evaluation experts.Furthermore,the paper raises a method to estimate the extracting scale demand of experts,in which "estimation of expert scale demand per day" and "randomness ensuring parameter" will be used.Finally,numerical experiments justified the effectiveness of the study are provided.
